interfere with: 電波の干渉や、スポーツで相手をブロックする場合など。心理的な干渉にも使う。比較的広く使える。
obstruct: 物理的な妨げ。
disable: switch offのイメージ。ゼロにする（preventに近い)
decreaseを使って具体的に表現することも可能。
例：Noise decreases the accuracy of measurement. （ノイズが高精度な測定を妨げる。）

Electromagnetic noise interferes with signal transmission in high-frequency circuits.
電磁ノイズは、高周波回路における信号伝送を妨げる。

Dust particles obstruct airflow in a cooling channel.
塵粒子により、冷却路内の空気の流れが妨げられる。
